Ancher maps it: the actual centre rather than the title, branches for the substantive divisions rather than the SEO headings, and links where the piece connects two ideas without saying so.

Map this page. Put what it is actually about at the centre, which may differ from its title. Build branches from where the argument divides rather than from the subheadings, and size each by how much substance sits under it. Add cross-links where the page connects two subjects without naming the connection. Mark sections that are announced and left thin, and keep the map to two levels.
